On my seventh birthday, my parents surprised me with a family holiday to Bali.

It was my first time overseas. Mum bought me a notebook and a set of coloured pens in a desperate hope that they would keep me entertained throughout the 7-hour flight. I filled its pages with stories about "Bali on my birthday" and hilarious anecdotes that we still quote today.

Who would have thought that this would be a look into my future - over 20 years later, I'm still travelling the globe and writing about it. I completed my Bachelor of Communications at RMIT and before I'd even graduated, I launched my career in a copywriting and email marketing role at Webjet.

I'm known for being a perpetual gap-year-taker, and in my 28 years, I've studied in California, worked as a nanny in Italy, worked in the tourism industry in South Africa, road-tripped the USA from the west to the east coast, backpacked around Europe and completed a lap of Australia while living in the back of my RAV4. I've trekked jungles in Borneo, driven go-karts through the streets of Tokyo, skydived in New Zealand, island-hopped around the Philippines, volunteered in Sri Lanka, driven solo across the gnarliest 4WD tracks of the Kimberley and so much more.

I'm extremely privileged to be able to fill my life with these experiences and share my passion through my work. My purpose is to utilise my writing talent and technical skills to connect your customers with products and services that enable them to have these experiences, too.
